Noontime Kiwanis will meet at noon Thursday Sept. 20 at the St. James Hotel. Don Davis of the Minnesota Capitol press corps and Danielle Nordine of the Republican Eagle will speak.
Candidate forum
The League of Women Voters Red Wing will host a candidate forum Thursday Sept. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. The mayoral candidates will speak followed by City Council candidates.
Opera Study Group
Opera Study Group will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 18 on the Downtown Plaza’s ninth floor. Martha Hendrickson will be the presenter in preparation for the Minnesota Opera’s “Nabucco” by Giuseppe Verdi Sept. 22, 25, 29 and 30.
