3.Approved the August 16, 2012 County Board Consent Agenda. (Motion carried 5-0)

4.Approved to award the sale of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $5,085,000 . (Motion carried 5-0)

5.Approved to award the sale of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $1,295,000 . (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved the post issuance compliance procedure and policy for tax-exempt governmental bonds. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved to enter into the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved to open the public hearing . (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved to close the public hearing . (Motion carried 5-0)

10.Approved the proposed text amendments for Article 14 . (Motion carried 4-1)

11.Approved to extend the Interim Ordinance to Temporarily Restrict Silica Sand Mines for twelve months. (Motion carried 5-0)
