GERALDINE S. WALKER

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Pamela McDaniel has filed a petition with this Court seeking to probate the estate of the above-referenced decedent who was an enrolled member of the Prairie Island Indian Community. A hearing on the petition will be held at the Prairie Island Indian Community Courthouse, 5636 Sturgeon Lake Road, Welch, Minnesota 55089 on the 4th day of October 2012 at 2:30 o'clock P.M then and there where the Court will determine the heirs of the above-referenced decedent.

ANY PERSON HAVING A CLAIM AGAINST THE ESTATE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO FILE SAID CLAIM ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 4, 2012 OR SAID CLAIM SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED. CLAIMS MAY BE FILED WITH THE PRAIRIE ISLAND TRIBAL COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, DIANE BENSON, CLERK, AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS.
