Goodhue Co Land Mgmt Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Goodhue County Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, September 24, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Public hearing items on the agenda are:

Mary Lindahl – West 440Ft of SE ¼ of SW ¼ Lying Southernly of center of township road, Section 21, T112N R16W, and Part of SE ¼ of SE ¼ Section 20, T112N R16W, Vasa Township. The request is to build a dwelling across a section line instead of the required 30 foot setback from a property line.

Jeanne Reuter – West 55acres of S ½ of SE ¼ Section 21, T113N R16W, Welch Township. The request is a variance to build an additional dwelling in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 21, Welch Township.
