Girls Tennis: Lake City sweeps Cotter

The Lake City girls tennis team continued its winning ways on Tuesday, moving to 7-3 on the season with a 7-0 victory at Winona Cotter.
Sweeps were a common occurrence on Tuesday, with three singles players and two doubles teams winning 6-0, 6-0 for the Tigers. In singles, No. 1 Amy Orathaus , No. 2 Haley Webster and No. 3 Josie Kuchinka all won in sweeps.
The No. 2 duo of Braeden McElmury and Katie Coyle, and the No. 3 team of Erica Hubbard and Emily Moechnig had 6-0, 6-0 finishes for Lake City.
The Tigers return to action Thursday, hosting New Life Academy of Woodbury.
