Cannon Falls will welcome Minnesota health commissioner
Dr. Ed Ehlinger, Minnesota commissioner of health, will be in Cannon Falls Tuesday for an event called “Pitch the Commissioner.”
Dr. Ed Ehlinger, Minnesota commissioner of health, will be in Cannon Falls Tuesday for an event called “Pitch the Commissioner.”
Local officials can join Ehlinger in a game of horseshoes from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in Lower Hannah’s Bend Park to discuss important local public health issues. Ehlinger is an avid fan of horseshoes and calls it an easy way for people to be physically active.
Before taking to the horseshoe pit, Ehlinger will tour the Cannon Valley Trailhead at 11 a.m. and give the presentation “What Does Minnesota Need to be Healthy?” at 12:15 p.m.
