Railroad bridge over E. Fifth St. under construction

Construction on the Canadian Pacific railroad bridge over East Fifth Street will begin Sept. 10.

The street mainly will stay open for traffic, with some intermittent delays and short road closures. Construction is expected to be complete next summer.
