Goodhue Co. Land Mgmt Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

AT&T Wireless / New Cingular Wireless / Allen Weberg (Steve Stulz-AT&T Agent) for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T113N, R16W, NE 1/4, Section 26, Welch Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Conditional Use Permit – for the installation of a 195 foot tall monopole telecommunications tower and a 12 foot by 20 foot prefabricated equipment shelter on parcel 46.026.0100 for better wireless coverage in Goodhue County within A-2 Zone District of Welch Township.
