Health and Fitness Expo is Sept. 12
The fourth annual Health and Fitness Expo for seniors and caregivers will run from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Goodhue County Fairgrounds in Zumbrota.
The fourth annual Health and Fitness Expo for seniors and caregivers will run from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Goodhue County Fairgrounds in Zumbrota.
The expo will be in the 4-H building. Featured activities include expo exhibits, a farmers market, free taco bar from 4:30 to 6:15 p.m., and chair dancing, yoga and stretching at 4:30 p.m. A speaker will talk about “Homeopathy for a Healthier You” at 5:30 p.m.
