Nine bystanders were shot and injured in the recent New York City killing by the police of a suspect accused of killing his employer. All nine were determined to have been shot by the police.
Mayor Bloomberg and the NYC Police Department: Let’s make a deal. I will stay out of New York if you will agree to stay out of Minnesota.
