4.Approved to open the public hearing . (Motion carried 5-0)

5.Approved to close the public hearing . (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved adopting the Capital Improvement Plan . (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $5,085,000 . (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $1,295,000 . (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved the Agreement with the city of Kenyon for the Kenyon School Project . (Motion carried 5-0)

10.Approved the transfer of title of real property to the City of Kenyon . (Motion carried 5-0)

11.Approved the LELS #91 2012-2013 Union Contract. (Motion carried 5-0)
