PUBLIC NOTICE
The Goodhue County Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, August 27, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.
Public hearing items on the agenda are:
AT&T Wireless-Allen Weberg – NE ¼ Section 26, T113N, R16W, Welch Township, Goodhue County. The request is a variance to build a wireless communication tower approximately 180 feet closer than the required ¼ mile from a bluff impact zone, variance is for 180 feet.
Danielle & Paul Eisenbacher – Marlys Van De Mark – Pt of NW ¼ Section 22 T111N R18W, Warsaw Township, Goodhue County. The request is a variance to Article 11, Section 18, Sign Regulations, Subdivision 4, to allow a low wattage neon light which will be visible from the public right of way instead of an architectural feature illuminated by floodlights that is not visible from the public right of way.
