Champlin benefit will be Thursday

There will be a benefit for Kelly Champlin from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday Aug. 16 at English Lutheran Church, Ellsworth. She has not worked since December 2011 when she was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma.

Hot beef sandwiches, baked beans, chips and homemade desserts will be served. There will be entertainment. Donations also can be made at www.gofundme.com/p51uo.
