Red Wing opens waste campus for collection of some storm debris
The city of Red Wing will accept wood storm waste at the Solid Waste Campus starting at 7 a.m. Sunday.
In response to the storm during the night Friday, the city of Red Wing will be accepting wood storm waste at the Solid Waste Campus, 1873 Bench St., free of charge until 4 p.m. Sunday.
The campus will open at 7 a.m. to accept wood storm waste free of charge. The remainder of the week will be normal business hours., officials said.
In addition, Public Works crews will pick up storm debris curbside on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. People should have wood storm debris at the curb by Tuesday night for pickup.
