PUBLIC NOTICE
The Goodhue County Board of Commissioners will host a public hearing on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 3:45 p.m. in the Goodhue County Government Center, Room 301, located at 509 West Fifth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota. (Please note the meeting begins at 3:30).
The public hearing items on the agenda are:
ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT – Article 14 (Mineral Extraction). Several amendments proposed by the Mining Study Committee and the Planning Advisory Commission.
EXTENSION to Interim Ordinance : Interim Ordinance to Temporarily Restrict New Silica Sand Mining Operations twelve (12) months (September 6, 2013).
