Highway 19 open

Highway 19 between Highway 61 and Cannon Falls is now completely open, the Minnesota Department of Transportation reported.

Highway 19 between Highway 61 and Cannon Falls is now completely open, the Minnesota Department of Transportation reported. There will be periodic lane closures as crews finish paving, but all lanes are now open to traffic. Flaggers will control traffic during those closures.
