NOTICE OF HEARING ON

IMPROVEMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Red Wing will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 315 West 4th Street, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012 to consider the making of an improvement of the following streets pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429:

1. Chalet Court;

2. Breckenridge Drive;

3. Snowbird Drive from 100 feet south of Mt. Hood to 400 feet southerly;

4. Goodhue Street North from Guernsey Lane to approximately 1,250 feet northeasterly.

By concrete curb and gutter replacement, bituminous pavement overlay and related construction at an estimated cost of $141,650. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
