Miesville won back-to-back home games Tuesday and Wednesday to push its winning streak to nine games.
The Mudhens (16-4, 8-1 CCVL) secured a 5-4 walk -off victory against Prescott Tuesday and defeated Austin 10-5 Wednesday.
Against Prescott, Miesville loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth with no outs in a 4-4 tie and Alex LaShomb was hit with a pitch to tally the winning RBI. The Mudhens led the entire game until Prescott scored the tying run in the ninth inning.
Andrew Werner threw a complete game for Miesville, allowing three earned runs and striking out seven to pick up the win.
On Wednesday, the Mudhens jumped out to a 7-0 lead against Austin by the fourth inning, scoring two runs in the second inning, three in the third and two in the fourth, and coasted to victory.
LaShomb went 3-for-5 with two RBI and Matt Van Der Bosch was 3-for-3 with two runs scored to lead Miesville.
David Olson, Colin Keefe and Chuck Bruchu each tallied two hits in the victory. Werner also supplied a solo home run.
Matt Hanse was the winning pitcher for the Mudhens, throwing six innings and allowing one earned run while striking out four.
Miesville played Northfield Friday in Miesville and will travel to face Cannon Falls Sunday at 2 p.m. in Cannon Falls.
