All of Lot 10 of Auditor's Subdivision of part of Block 1 of Freeborn and Co's Addition to Red Wing, Goodhue County, Minnesota.
Except the following part thereof:
The Southerly 3 6.8 feet of said Lot 10 of Auditor's Subdivision of part of Block 1 of Freeborn and Co's Addition to the City of Red Wing, Minnesota, being a strip of land on the Southeasterly part of Lot 10, 36.8 feet in width on Bush Street and extending Westerly in the same width to the alley in said Block.
