She is the daughter of Larry and Sandi Mayfield of Lake City. He is the son of Peggy Kurtz and David and Pam Edblom of St Paul and Las Vegas, Nev.

She is employed at Mayo Clinic Health Systems. Eric is employed at Hearth and Home.
