Kelly-Whitcomb engagement
Jess Kelly of Red Wing and Ben Whitcomb of Mequon, Wis. announce their engagement.

She is the daughter of Tim and Sue Kelly of Red Wing and Tabitha Fischer of Minneapolis. He is the son of Greg and Mia Whitcomb of Mequon.
She is a Red Wing High School graduate and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is an English teacher at Bloomington Kennedy High School.
He is a Homestead High School graduate in Mequon and also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a math teacher at Shakopee High School.
An August wedding is planned.
