Mitch Matter, senior, third base, Ellsworth
Matter hit .441 for the Panthers with three doubles and was named second team all-conference.
Mike Stegora, senior, outfield, Red Wing
Stegora devoted more time in the offseason to his game and it showed this year with a .395 on-base percentage and a .521 slugging percentage, which ranked second on the team. Stegora hit for a .329 average and drove in 19 runs. Stegora hit two home runs and three triples.
Jake Griebenow, junior, pitcher, infield, Lake City
Griebenow hit .300 and went 3-1 with a 1.15 ERA in 24 1/3 innings on the mound. He walked 10 and struck out 21 despite being limited by injury.
Kyle Diercks, senior, first base, Goodhue
Diercks hit .292 with a .433 on-base percentage and slugged .604. Diercks hit five home runs and had 15 RBI.
Ben Schramski, junior, pitcher, shortstop, Lake City
Schramski led the Tigers with a .519 on-base percentage. He had 17 hits and drew 20 walks. Schramski scored a team-high 23 runs and finished with a .315 batting average while driving in 15 runs and being named all-conference.
Cedric Dicke, senior, shortstop, Cannon Falls
Dicke led the team with 28 RBI and hit .271 in 28 games. He scored 18 runs and had five stolen bases.
Luke Bremer, senior, outfield, Lake City
Bremer, a four-year varsity starter, hit .296 this season and had a .424 on-base percentage.
Brandon Voelker, senior, catcher, Ellsworth
Voelker was named Ellsworth’s top defensive player as a catcher. He hit .316 with two home runs and threw out eight base runners in 17 attempts.
