One injured in Pierce County rollover
A 21-year-old woman was injured early Thursday morning when her vehicle rolled, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department reported.
A 21-year-old woman was injured early Thursday morning when her vehicle rolled, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Laura Wood, Elmwood, Wis., was traveling westbound on County Highway G in Spring Lake Township when she lost control of the vehicle. She was ejected when the vehicle went into the ditch and rolled.
The sheriff’s department was dispatched to the scene at about 2:30 a.m.
Wood suffered undetermined injuries and was airlifted to Regions Hospital in St. Paul by North Memorial Air Care.
Elmwood Ambulance and Fire Department and Ellsworth Area Paramedics assisted at the scene.
