Patrick Steven Thoms, a boy, was born Friday June 8 to Emily and Matthew Thoms of Red Wing at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City. Grandparents are Grant and Calli Ekblad of Red Wing, and Steve and Lori Thoms of Hager City.
