The Goodhue County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in regular session in the County Board room, Red Wing, MN with Commissioners Samuelson, Bryant, Allen and Seifert all present. C/Rechtzigel was absent.

4.Approved to purchase the Microsoft Licensing Package. (Motion carried 4-0)

5.Approved the LELS #46 Union Contract. (Motion carried 4-0)

6.Approved a Conditional Use Permit for Jacob Rude, Pine Island Township. (Motion carried 4-0)

7.Approved to close the public hearing. (Motion carried 4-0)

8.Approved a Zoning District Amendment for Mark Thoreson, Minneola Township. (Motion carried 4-0)

9.Approved a Conditional Use Permit for Mark Thoreson, Minneola Township. (Motion carried 4-0)

10.Approved to open the public hearing. (Motion carried 4-0)
