Melany Kearns and Andrew Zimmerman of Prescott announce their engagement.
She is the daughter of Steve Kearns of Bay City. She graduated from Ellsworth High School and then from Augsburg College with a journalism degree. She is a placing services manager with Cemstone in Mendota Heights, Minn.
He is the son of Viola and Joe Hernandez of Canon City, Colo. He is a dispatch manager at Cemstone in Mendota Heights.
A June weeding at the home of her grandparents Lyle and Darlene Kearns of Ellsworth is planned.
