The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.
John Huneke – Conditional Use Permit – T111N R15W, S ½, SE ¼, Section 36, Goodhue Township. The request is for a conditional use permit to construct and operate a new feedlot outside of a farmyard on parcel 33.036.0700 with 225 animal units in the A-1 Agricultural Protection District of Section 36 Goodhue Township.

Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment –proposed amendment to Article 11 Sec. 28, Subdiv. 2A. Farm Winery definition- Proposed Amendment to the definition of Farm Winery to allow onsite dwelling opportunity at a farm Winery regardless of zoning district volume limitations in Article 11 of the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance.
