Pierce County Dairy Breakfast is June 16

The Pierce County Dairy Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday June 16 at Tom and Matt Breeggemann’s farm, located three miles west of Elmwood on Highway 72.

The meal will include Dad’s Belgian waffles, sausage, Flat Pennies ice cream, milk, coffee, cheeses and Ellsworth Creamery deep fried cheese curds. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for kids ages 4-12 and free for kids younger than 4.

The breakfast is served as part of recognizing June as Dairy Month. In addition to the meal, farm tours, kids’ activities and an antique tractor display will be available. Door prizes will also be given away.
