6-13-2012: Marijuana plants found, destroyed

Red Wing police, Southeast Minnesota Narcotics and Gang Task Force and the St. Croix Valley Drug Task Force responded to 312 Glenwood St. where alleged marijuana plants were growing outside.

They removed 1,407 plants that appeared to have been tended to, Red Wing police reported. They could not identify who was responsible for the plants, so police brought the plant to the solid waste campus to be destroyed.
