Sevlie brothers to take trip

Isaac and Jonathan Sevlie are going on a missions trip to Costa Rica June 12-20. They will have the opportunity to share their faith through one of their favorite activities, basketball. They both played on the Red Wing High School team and see this trip as an opportunity to do something out of the ordinary with their gift. They will be going to multiple schools every day where they will play the high school teams and put on rallies for the students. In the evenings, they will compete against as many as four of the junior national teams.

“We both feel blessed that Jesus has been preparing us for something like this,” Isaac said. He will be playing basketball as a red-shirt freshman at Minnesota State University Moorhead this fall. His brother will be basketball as a junior at Red Wing High School.
