Byron won the Lake City Invitational Monday with a 307 and held off Mayo, which shot 312.
The Tigers finished eighth with a 363 at the Jewel Golf Club in Lake City.
Triton’s Zach Otto captured medalist honors with a 71 while Byron’s Dom Kieffer finished second with a 72.
Jack Falvey led Lake City with an 89 while Ryan Pribyl and Matt Glasenapp each shot 90s. Garten Haeska rounded out the scoring for the Tigers with a 94.
