Seifert will run for re-election
Goodhue County Commissioner Ted Seifert announced Friday he will run for re-election to the board.
Goodhue County Commissioner Ted Seifert announced Friday he will run for re-election to the board.
“Local governments will be under budgetary pressure to provide more local services at a time that state and federal aid is shrinking and our economic recovery is slow,” Seifert said. “My goal is to ensure that Goodhue County taxpayers and residents receive efficient and cost-effective services and capital improvements as regionalization of local government is negotiated and plays out in Minnesota.”
Seifert represents District 5, which includes Wacouta Township and part of Red Wing.
