Kwik Trip reports damage

Kwik Trip, 915 Main St., reported May 17 that a 47-year-old River Falls female drove away from the gas pump with the hose still in her gas tank. The hose was ripped from the pump, causing $300 in damage.

Employees told police that just before she drove off, the woman had been in the store trying to return merchandise. She became upset when employees discovered that the items she was trying to return had actually just been taken from the store.
