PUBLIC NOTICE

The Goodhue County Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, May 29, 2012*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Public hearing items on the agenda are:

Norman Doty – Part of Lot A Block 6 Wacouta Beach Addition Wacouta Township Section 32 T113N R 14W Goodhue County. The request is for a variance to allow the placement of an on-site sewage treatment system up to the parcel boundary instead of the required 10 foot setback.
