5.Approved the conditional use permit for Wayne Schilling of Hay Creek Township. (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved the conditional use permit for Clayview Dairy LLP, John Huseth of Goodhue Township. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the revision to the contract for the Southeast Collector. (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the Intangible Asset Policy. (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved the gasoline contract with Kwik Trip. (Motion carried 5-0)

10.Approved the proclamation for the Soil and Water Stewardship . (Motion carried 5-0)
