Girls Golf: Lake City places second at Winona Cotter

Lake City took second place at the Winona Cotter triangular Tuesday at Cedar Valley Golf Club in Winona.
Stewartville finished with a 365 to win, the Tigers had a 393 and Cotter came in third with a 428.
Lake City was led by ninth-grader Claire Gruber’s 97. Junior Katy Bolduc and ninth-grader Brandy Geolat each shot a 98 while sophomore Erin Pennington and eighth-grader Emily Schimbeno both finished with 100.
The Tigers compete at Rochester Mayo Friday.
