PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Red Wing Advisory Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., to hear and make a recommendation on a Variance request by Carol DeHaven, 1758 Twin Bluff Road, to install a 4’ ornamental fence at the intersection of Twin Bluff Road and Lidberg Street within the required 50’ vision triangle, per Division 55-030 E) of the Red Wing Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is proposing to install the fence with a 35’ vision triangle setback.

Written or oral comments to said application may be presented at this public hearing or filed with the City Clerk prior to this hearing. Each response will be duly considered and evaluated before any formal action is taken by the Planning Commission.
