Military: Chad Hart

Army Sgt. 1st Class Chad R. Hart has retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of active federal service.

Hart was a transportation management coordinator assigned to the Special Operations Command Africa at Kelley Barracks, Germany.

He is the son of Nancy Leumpert of Red Wing and Robert Hart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
