Golf: Bombers win home dual

Ed McElmury earned medalist honors Thursday for Cannon Falls with a 41 in Cannon Falls.
Matt Moskal shot 42 while Jack Hudack added a 44. Kyle Peters and Ben Magalis each shot 46 and Jackson Bahr had a 50.
The Bombers shot 173 as a team and beat Kenyon-Wanamingo, which shot 199.
The Cannon Falls girls team shot 233 with a lineup of five eighth-graders and one sophomore to beat Kenyon-Wanamingo, which shot 234.
Lauren Lecy won medalist honors with a 50 for the Bombers. Callie Loescke, Taran Pickar and Maddie Moskal each shot 61. Maddie Adel had a 65 and Chloe Johnson shot 66.
Cannon Falls plays Friday at Lake City.
