Pepin-Alma used a seven-run sixth inning Thursday to beat Glenwood City 10-7 in Glenwood City.
The Eagles (5-4, 4-3 Dunn-St. Croix) rallied from a 7-2 deficit in the sixth inning to take a 9-7 lead. Pepin-Alma added a run in the top of the seventh and had seven hits for the game.
Jacob Lerum went 2-for-2 with two RBI and a double. Kyle Ritscher finished 1-for-3 and drove in two runs with a triple.
Cole Carroll got the win in relief of starter Justin Pearson. Carroll gave up one hit, walked one and struck out seven in 3 1/3 innings.
Pepin-Alma cut down on its defensive miscues and made only one error. Glenwood City (3-7, 0-7 Dunn-St. Croix) made six errors and the Eagles scored on two passed balls.
