3.Approved the March 20, 2012 County Board Consent Agenda items 1-6. (Motion carried 5-0)

4.Approved the March 20, 2012 County Board Consent Agenda item 7. (Motion carried 4-0-1)

5.Approved to hire Summit Environmental Solutions to assist the Mining Committee . (Motion carried 4-1)

6.Approved the replacement position of a Probation Officer. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the out of state travel request for the Finance Office. (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the 2012-2013 County Feedlot Delegation Agreement. (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved the county claims. (Motion carried 5-0)

10.Motion to approve C/Seifert’s resolution failed. (Motion failed 2-3-0)

11.Approved to adjourn the March 20, 2012 County Board Meeting. (Motion carried 5-0)
