Pierce County Extension will repeat its class on getting the most out of your vegetable garden.
Pierce County Extension will repeat its class on getting the most out of your vegetable garden. The second class will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday May 1 at River Falls Public Library.
Instructor Diana Alfuth will cover planting choices, soil preparation, proper spacing and planting, companion planting options, best fertilization practices, pest and weed reduction strategies, optional growing methods, and season extension possibilities.
The class is free, but pre-registration is required. Call 715-273-6781.
