Pepin-Alma picked up where it left off Thursday with a 10-0, six-inning victory over Glenwood City to start its season.
The Eagles scored seven runs in the fourth inning and added three in the sixth en route to the victory.
Breanna Ellison went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer to centerfield. Ellison also picked up the victory by throwing a one-hitter. Ellison struck out nine and walked two in six innings.
Ali Murray went 2-for-4 with two RBI while Tasha Heit finished 1-for-4 with three RBI and Sophia Reidt went 1-for-2 with a double.
“We got a few hits in the fourth inning and they made a few mistakes and we made them pay for it,” Pepin-Alma head coach Matt Bellerive said.
The Eagles face Boyceville Monday in Alma.
