Pierce County Extension will hold a class on getting the most out of your vegetable garden Wednesday April 4.
Pierce County Extension will hold a class on getting the most out of your vegetable garden Wednesday April 4. The class will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at River Falls Public Library.
Instructor Diana Alfuth will cover planting choices, soil preparation, proper spacing and planting, companion planting options, best fertilization practices, pest and weed reduction strategies, optional growing methods, and season extension possibilities.
The class is free, but pre-registration is required. Call 715-273-6781.
