Girls Basketball: 2011-12 All-Area Second Team

Erica Tipcke, senior, Goodhue, forward
Tipcke’s presence on the court for the Wildcats was invaluable as she provided scoring, rebounding and played a pivotal role as the last line of defense for Goodhue’s press defense. Tipcke missed a portion of the season late in the year but finished with a 15.5 points per game average in 23 games. Tipcke hit 50 percent of her 2-point field goals and converted 80 percent of her free-throw attempts. Tipcke finished second on the team in rebounding with 6 per game.
Tiffany Clare, senior, Plum City, guard
Clare led the Blue Devils in scoring with 11.5 points per game and rebounding with 5.7 per game. Clare was named to the Dunn-St. Croix All-Conference second team.
senior, Cannon Falls, guard
Reinardy led the Bombers in scoring with 7.9 points per game and provided leadership. Reinardy finished second on the team in rebounding with 4.9 and led the team in steals and assists. Reinardy finished with 82 steals and 93 assists.
Tiffany Koller, junior, Lake City, forward
An HVL Blue Division All-Conference selection, Koller averaged 12.1 points per game and 9.8 rebounds for the Tigers.
Macy Kelly, junior, Red Wing, forward
Kelly averaged 12.3 points per game, good for third on the team in scoring and added 4.6 rebounds per game. Kelly also finished third on the team in steals and shot 41 percent from the field.
