Engelhart–Sevlie engagement

James and Susan Engelhart of Rosemount, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter Vanessa Susan Engelhart to Tyler Herbert Sevlie, son of Joseph & Tamra Sevlie of Red Wing.

She is a 2005 graduate of Rosemount High School and a 2009 graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul where she earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and French. She teaches French at Southwest High School in Minneapolis.

He is a 2004 graduate of Red Wing High School and a 2010 graduate of Northcentral University in Minneapolis where he received his bachelor’s degree in English. He is working toward his master’s in English at Hamline University, and plans to teach High School English in the Twin Cities. He is employed by the Minneapolis Public School District and Regional Elite Airline Services.

An April wedding is planned.
