Annual book sale scheduled

The Friends of the Red Wing Library will hold its annual book sale.

Thousands of used books, records, tapes, CDs and DVDs are available for bargain prices. Most of the books are priced at 50 cents and children’s books are 25 cents.

A large selection of fiction is available as well as biography, travel, gardening, cookbooks and many others.

A silent auction of extraordinary books and paintings will be open for bids, as well as a table of special books with special prices. Minnesota books will also be featured.

The sale is open Friday March 30 for FOL members only from 2 to 5 p.m. and the public sale is Saturday March 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds return to the library to fund special projects and materials.

FOL memberships will be available prior to the Friday sale.
