Jon Hassler Theater debuts 2012 season
The Jon Hassler Theater is set to kick off its 2012 season with open rehearsals of “John and Jen,” a musical from Nautilus Theater on March 9 and March 11.

Open rehearsals sessions are free. Act I will be rehearsed at 7:30 p.m. Friday March 9. Act II will be rehearsed at 1 p.m. Sunday March 11.
Regular performances of John and Jen will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 23 and 24 and March 30 and 31.
Other plays set for the 2012 season are “The 7-Shot Symphony” an award-winning original production from Live Action Set, and “A Don’t Hug Me Christmas Carol” from playwright/producer Phil Olson.
“The 7-Shot Symphony” will be performed April 28 to May 20. Performances will be 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 1:30 p.m. Sundays.
“A Don’t Hug Me Christmas Carol” is set for Oct. 18 to Nov. 18.
The curtain will go up at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and at 1:30 p.m. Sundays.

The theater also offers a flex pass that discounts the price purchases of three or more tickets until June 1. Flex pass ticket pricing is $18 per ticket.
The Jon Hassler Theater is a program of the Rural America Arts Partnership, an arts non-profit organization that runs the Rural America Arts Center, 412 West Broadway, Plainview, Minn.
