Meditation workshop will be offered March 10

St. Joseph’s Church in Red Wing will hold a Christian meditation workshop March 10. Titled “Introduction to Centering Prayer,” the workshop will be led by presenters from the Minnesota Chapter of Contemplative Outreach. It will include time for instruction, practicing the meditation methods and discussion.

The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants are asked to bring a lunch; refreshments will be available in the morning.

The cost is $30, and scholarships are available. The cost includes six follow-up sessions scheduled after the workshop.
