The Energy Assistance Program is designed to assist in paying a portion of your heating and electric bills for households who meet the eligibility requirements.
The Energy Assistance Program is designed to assist in paying a portion of your heating and electric bills for households who meet the eligibility requirements and live in Goodhue, Rice, or Wabasha counties. Eligibility is based on three months of income. Guidelines range from $5,596 in three months for a household of one, to $14,852 for a household of eight.
